Biography:
Righthanded Pitcher Jason Hanna spent all of the 2009 season in the Tucson Toros bullpen. His 22 games pitched were tied for second on the team along with Jordan Muir, with only closer Reid Price having appeared in more games during the season. Hanna made his professional debut at Hi Corbett Field with a scoreless 2/3 of an inning on May 21st against the Chico Outlaws. Hanna was very strong down the stretch as the Toros attempted to clinch their first playoff birth, not allowing a run in his last 5 innings during a stretch of 6 scoreless appearances to finish the regular season.
